I have a boat that I can not register. I live in Florida. this guy is selling the boat to $ 100, but do not receive an invoice for the sale by him, another man had sold the same convention. so that the DMV said he could not allow me to register without the original name and licensees. So I said I could send the kind they have in their files the request, even if it 3 times and still no response from the original owner. Is there a way to solve this problem?
