I have a JVC multisystem VCR. The default system setting for recording is NTSE. How do I change that to PAL? - multisystem vcr

NTSC is used in the United States. PAL is in other countries. If the unit was purchased in the United States, is not likely to PAL, good luck. If not, then there should be a simple adjustment and manual control.
